Promoting FAIR principles and reproducibility in computational ecology

I am a strong proponent of FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) data principles and reproducibility in computational ecology. Rather than extracting data behind closed doors, I focus on building open-source infrastructure for the wider research community.

This section details my contributions to standardising global disease surveillance, alongside links to my open datasets, interactive web applications, and reproducible analytical pipelines.
